Reporting Emergencies

On occasion, emergencies occur that require the response of the Public Works Department. Examples include:

  • Fallen trees/limbs blocking the road

  • Extensive street flooding

  • Missing regulatory signs on Town roadways

  • Large objects in the roadway

  • Hazardous snow and ice conditions on Town roadways

These and other emergencies posing an immediate danger to the public should be reported to the Ledyard Police Dispatch by dialing 911 or by calling (860) 464-6400.
